Patriot Liner Adds More Than 30 Dealers in 2026 as Independent Shops Choose a Royalty-Free Model
Patriot Liner is a veteran-founded, American-made spray-on bed liner brand that grows through a licensed dealer network instead of franchises. In 2026, that model brought more than 30 new dealers into the network, making Patriot Liner one of the fastest growing bed liner brands in the country. More than 20 additional locations are in final onboarding for Q4 2026 and Q1 2027.
The announcement went out nationally this week. Read the press release on Business Insider.

A Different Model Than Franchising
Most national bed liner brands grow by selling franchises. Patriot Liner was built on a different idea: partner with strong local operators, protect their markets, give them a premium American-made product and a national brand, and then support them with the tools, training and opportunities to grow.
Patriot Liner dealers pay no franchise fees and no royalties. They keep full ownership and control of their businesses and operate in protected territories. Many are established shops that added Patriot Liner to an existing business.
“We never believed the future of this industry was asking successful independent business owners to give up their independence,” said Josh DeLaune, President of Patriot Aftermarket Partners. “Our job is to help our dealers become more successful, not control every aspect of their business. Give good operators a great product, protect their territory, support them in the field and create opportunities they couldn’t access on their own. The growth we’re seeing proves that model works.”
Tim Tyrka, Vice President of Patriot Aftermarket Partners, put it more simply: “Our dealers aren’t numbers on a franchise development report. They’re independent business owners. When they win, Patriot wins.”

Support That Starts After Installation
Patriot dealers get the Patriot Liner brand, technical support, hands-on training, marketing programs and lead generation tools. Through Patriot Fleet Solutions, dealers also gain access to commercial and fleet work that most independent shops can’t reach on their own.
“We don’t believe dealer support should stop when the equipment is installed,” DeLaune said. “Our responsibility begins there. Technical support, training, marketing, fleet opportunities, troubleshooting and helping dealers grow their businesses are what create long-term value.”
One Brand. One Standard.
Every Patriot Liner is applied with professional high-pressure plural-component equipment by trained applicators, using a premium coating manufactured in the United States. Qualifying truck-bed applications are backed by a Nationwide Limited Lifetime Warranty.
“A national brand is only as strong as the experience a customer receives at the local level,” DeLaune said. “You can’t build long-term brand equity without consistency. Whether someone buys a Patriot Liner in Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania or California, the Patriot name has to mean something.”
The Next 20 Are Already Coming
With more than 20 additional locations moving through final onboarding, the Patriot network will keep growing into 2027. But dealer count was never the goal on its own.
“We’re proud of the number of dealers joining Patriot, but I’m much more interested in why they’re joining,” DeLaune said. “Independent business owners are looking for partners that bring value to the table. They want great products. They want responsive support. They want protected markets. They want national opportunities. And they still want the freedom to run their own businesses. That’s exactly what we’re building.”
